Abu Shahed Emon is a Psychology graduate from Dhaka University who pursued higher studies in Filmmaking in Australia (Sydney Film School 2009, RMIT University 2010) and South Korea (Korea National University of Arts 2016). His debut feature “Jalal’s Story” traveled to more than 40 film festivals and received ten awards, and also was the Bangladeshi Entry to the Oscars in 2015. Emon is currently working on producing ten feature films and developing his second feature film, “A Foolish Man.”
